I used to feel this way. What I didn’t realize is that life is already together. It can’t come apart, only cease to exist. The expectations you put on yourself is an entirely different thing. Those goals are produced by the ego with help from mainstream propaganda. Kill your ego and realize that your life is already an adventure in progress.
